- ⁠22 minutes to midtown, 10 min to 4, 5 & 6 Trains, 11 min to 2 & 3 trains
- ⁠Restaurants, cafes, bars, salons are 1 - 3 minute walk, you are in the center of a popping neighborhood.
- We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy.
- ⁠Utilities: $190 per month (internet, gas, heat, hot water)
